MONROVIA, Montserrado – Dr. Lekilay Tehmeh of the Liberia Medical and Dental Council talks about the effects of Liberia’s poor doctor to patient ratio.

We also talk to Dr. Fanta Kibungu of St. Joseph’s Catholic Hospital who was recruited from the Democratic Republic of Congo. She is the only doctor in her department.
