Position:                   Program Coordinator for Family Literacy Initiative

Job Summary:

The Family Literacy Initiative is a child-centered education program that partners with parents to prepare their children for success in school and helps parents empower themselves as their children’s first teacher by giving them the tools, skills and confidence they need to work with their children at home.

The Coordinator heads a team of six home visitors and is responsible for all aspects of the program implementation including workshops for home visits. The coordinator reports to the We Care management and the FOL facilitator who will provide technical assistance, support, and instruction.
